Our staff takes great care in masking off all areas that need to be protected from our many painting activities both inside and out. These areas include the following:

Before painting can begin we closely evaluate the areas to be painted for imperfections.   Then we provide the following corrective services.

Fill holes and cracks in the walls and ceilings Repair or replace caulking on stationary seams Sand and stain wood surfaces	Patch and repair stucco surfaces to a uniform finish Replace window putty as needed Remove all nails from the walls

There will be a full primer coat applied to all surfaces that require primer or water sealer for superior paint adhesion.

With specialized spray equipment all surfaces will be coated with multiple layers of paint and paint/primer mixtures creating a durable, water resistant solution that will last for years and years without fading.

All work areas will be cleaned and all waste materials removed before final inspection.   We leave all our projects exactly the way we found them.

After our own inspection of the project, you are invited to inspect our work and asked to complete our feedback card for our staff.
